SELL

To improve the chances of selling your home follow a few simple guidelines. S- Showings, showing, showings are the key for success in selling. Having a lockbox on your property is always a good idea. If property is occupied, have good contact information. Having several numbers for your realtor to call to request a showing is vital. E - Eliminate as much clutter as possible. Pack up items you really do not need to use. If possible, store unused property in a storage unit. If you must store in a garage or attic, make it as neat as possible. A cleaner, more open area will be more appealing to a prospective buyer. L - Less is more. You may love those bright colors and unusual murals but neutral is always better. Neutral colors will be accepted by most people. Browns, whites, beige and eggshell with neutral accents will make your property look bigger and brighter. L - Look objectively at your property. Make sure your yard is looking healthy, neat and appealing to the eye. The very first opinion of your home is when the buyer pulls up and you always want that to be a good, positive experience.
